This home redefines the boundaries of modular construction. Designed to be constructed in an Auckland factory, the modular pods were then transported to the remote site located at Ocean Beach, Wellington. 

Expansive joinery frames views of sea and sky, while natural light beams through expansive roof glazing. A sheltered courtyard provides reprieve during blustery days while maintaining direct connection to the breathtaking views.
